We bought a very expensive Sisi Italia 4 seater sofa bed. The metal structure which supports the mattress is too weak and after 6 weeks of regular normal use as a bed by a non overweight person it has now a dent and taken the shape of the body. I have contacted House of Fraser and so far they have been very unhelpful, dismissive and rude. Be aware if you buy this sofa.
Looking at other feed back it looks like it is a common treatment of customers by House of Fraser....I assumed they were a good and reputable company!
