An in-store order of a two piece suit resulted in delivery only of the jacket. It has taken a for night and over 25 emails and numerous calls to your Customer Service Department to resolve. In the end I simply asked for a refund. The emails I received were without exception misleading, contained inaccurate information or gave assurances that were simply not delivered. I received no explanation and no apology.
I will not be shopping in House of Fraser again under any circumstances.
