The lads at Ted Baker were excellent today. Unfortunately I had to return a gorgeous shirt that didn’t fit my son. I got a refund but really wanted the shirt in a bigger size - 7 or 8. One of the lads text me to say he’d contacted other stores and is getting a bigger one sent over and he’d keep me informed of progress. All 3 around the dept were excellent including a new starter. Looking forward to buying the bigger shirt.
Ps - gutted at the thought of one of the best stores is in trouble and closing. Like a lot of people I know cannot understand it
