Absolute thieves, bought a 300 Pound suit online, couldn't return to store, paid to deliver it back via secure courier.
No Customer service phone,
No web chat that pops up,
No email address to contact,
No help from buy and collect area at local store,
NO REFUND 30 Days later and
NO CORRESPONDENCE from anyone.
Absolutely appalling, someone should do something about this. You can't just go robbing people. I've been buying from HOF since my prom suit over 15 years ago. NEVER AGAIN.
