Service has deteriorated badly. £4.99 delivery charge is excessive and they are slow to despatch. Their rewards scheme is not being honoured which is very poor.
I used to be a very loyal and regular shopper with HiF, choosing them because of their recognition rewards scheme, but I shop at John Lewis now instead.
I understand that the high st is struggling, but come in HoF you really are not helping yourselves by treating your loyal customers badly and ripping them off on postage costs
