Frasers would not refund in store & no return paperwork in parcel. HAD TO FIND A PRINTER AND POST AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Note No returns info attached to ereceipt. Phoned disinterested and very dry, bored with me attitude Customer Service Operative. Advised no £5 gift card as advertised by Frasers for orders over 30. Response 'just a mistake & refused to post to me. Still waiting on returns label. Serious customer service failures and Better alternatives out there such as John Lewis and Debenhams who clearly have more respect for customers and treat them better. Webchat advertised but non existent. Emails ignored. Sadly this will be my last purchase at Frasers. No wonder they are in trouble. Do not order online.
