If I could not put any stars I would have! Ordered on the 3rd December, the tracking number they gave was invalid. I emailed them to ask for the proper tracking number but no response. I receive an email from wndirect on the 20th saying goods have been returned as no-one to receive delivery. I contact indirect, who without them I wouldn't have been able to find out what happened to the parcel and it seems that the suburb was left off the address. There was a postcode which any courier company in Australia could have looked up but Fastway Couriers didn't (and they are so rude as well). I have emailed house of Fraser around 7 times now and have gone through resolver as well and during that time I had one response saying we will look into it, and that was over 3 weeks ago. I am now out $300, no idea where the parcel is and no response from house of Fraser. This company is absolutely terrible! It has horrific customer service and feels like it is run by people who want to scam your money. I would stay very clear of them and have them reported for fraud!
