After checking online returns policy it transpires that the customer has to foot the cost. This is really poor service - nearly ALL reputable online retailers offer s free return service. It’s very clear to see the Mike Ashley /Sports Direct con in operation here - charging for delivery & returns. How he expects to run a premium retailer the same as a pile it high sell it cheap sports shop is beyond me Very similar to their Flannels high end clothing operation how charge 6.99 for delivery With this kind of service HoF is only going in 1 direction and that’s down and out of business
