I ordered a coat, but they sent the wrong size. HoF haven't offered to refund delivery or compensate me for postage and packaging to return. Shocking treatment in store - pretty much accused of stealing the coat by a stuck-up awful untrained individual. (Not all the staff were like this I have to say). Have finally received an email today agreeing to refund the coat - nothing received yet though.
One thought - never again - simples!
