There is no customer service to speak to, although online it says there is. Also an email adddress to write to but as a staff member told me, don’t wait for a reply you won’t get one. Still waiting since Dec!
Went to guildgord and Richmond branches, all good brands gone, just usual high street brands plus sports direct footwear. What a shame, HofF was a lively store.
