Simply shocking...paid online for item...no indication of any attempt of dispatch let alone delivery...complaint invites me to use their "web chat"...it DOES NOT EXIST.....all I get from emails are email reference numbers with message about getting back to me ... ..several phone numbers listed for House of Fraser....NONE WORK...
Take my advice, avoid House of Fraser like the plague
