This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I order and paid for some items in the sale and a week later they have sent an Email saying due to high volume we have cancelled your order and will refund your money within 14 days that will be 21 days, but they took 1 minute to take the money from my account. Worst Company Ever and POOR Customer Services. To offer a £10 voucher is a disgrace when it was your fault. Avoid this Company
