What is going on with House of Fraser???
Customer services is rapidly declining! I ordered online on 8 March 2019 and despite this showing despatched to store within a couple of days, this order is apparently missing, without explanation, qafter been allegedly despatched to store on 13 March 2019. It took House of Fraser until 27 March 2019 to refund this back to my account. Very quick to debit payment but very slow in refunding payment!
I am afraid that I will be shopping elsewhere in future.
Big mistake in allowing Mike Ashley to buy into House of Fraser!
