House of Fraser win hands down for the worst retailer in the UK. I Ordered presents only to have the order cancelled for no reason and when I emailed to find out why no one even bothered to replied. Just found out they have taken my money for the order that they cancelled totally shocked. Rang my back to claw the money back. Don't use.
