I would strongly advise that if they mess around with your order, and don't provide things that you've paid for, to get your refund by contacting your card issuer. It will be dealt with much more efficiently then, and likely make them be audited and forced to change. This was always my favourite clothes store. Even more than asos. Since the MA takeover though you can see the standards have dropped, massively. It is now just sports direct with Ralph Lauren on sale too. You can no longer contact them, other than via an online chat area, where they terminate the chat if you make them deviate from their pre-programmed script. Trust me - I wasn't abusive or anything.
