A Sad Demise
Dreadful - just dreadful. Mike Ashley seems determined to run it into the ground. See all the other negative reviews. It's luck if your order is processed. My first was cancelled do to a card issue - umm my card provider stated there was no problem and pre-authorisation had been approved. I suspect HoF simply didn't want to supply the order and honour the DEBS discount code. Second order paid for with Paypal using the same card but no discount = processed (shock). Third order 'pending' although stock was supposed to have been available 10 days ago. I'm assuming this will also be cancelled. Customer care is non-existent, literally. No contact number, email form only, they might get back to you, if they feel like it. I'll repeat that; THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CONTACT NUMBER. Shocked aren't you? Even my card provider did not have a valid direct number for them, which was very concerning. You're left with the impression the new management has no intention of retaining existing customers or running the stores as viable concerns, they just wanted the brand names that came with HoF and they're letting it wither. It's like dealing with an shady internet retailer when the web first started.
