Service has deteriorated beyond recognition at House of Fraser since the take over. I ordered items through the 'pre-order' service. Waited 2 weeks after the supposed dispatch date. No contact from Frasers until 5 days after my email asking when my order would be dispatched. I was told the items where not available and that i would be issued a refund. The online site states that payment would not be taken until goods are dispatched which is a lie. I think this is a con to entice people onto there site with the promise of fantastic bargains only to take the money, ignore the customer then deny that those items were ever available. Goodbye Frasers, your not the store i used to know.
