This is the worst department store in London or most probably in the whole UK. first they have no customer service department or dedicated numbers to call for customers should they any issue which tells how much they care. second, they are not credible or trustworthy, they went into administration last year, many people like myself who didn't know have lost the credit the store owes them. when I went to claim my money they said we owe you nothing! third, their return policy is only two weeks, decent store have min 28 days, John Lewis which is next to them have 90 days return policy. there is more to say but I want to be brief. this should tells you enough about this store. Its unfortunate for such a nice building in prime location.
