Appalling service from HoF after ordering online. Unlike most stores, you have to pay for click & collect; delivery to store was also four days when most are next day. However, it was the only place I could get the goods. I picked up my trousers - short length when I had ordered long. I couldn't just hand them back, I had to pay to post them and will have to wait for a refund. This is after their error: £4.99 click & collect plus £6.40 postage for nothing.
