Delivery in 4 to 5 working days....what a joke!
Order placed 10 days ago, has been ready to ship for 7 days but still not been shipped.
Terrible service, no phone number to contact anyone, online chat cuts out.
When you can get online chat they blame it on the warehouse.
Still no delivery and no indication of when it will arrive.
Will certainly not be ordering from House of Fraser again!
