Ordered coat, size 12. Even the invoice said 12. Yous sent 14. I asked for exchange for right size. But no I had to pay £11 to send it back. Took days for refund of coat, yet the delivery cost was not refunded or the returns cost yet it was your fault. Emailing backwards and forward to sat I want my refund and delivery cost reimbursed. Will have to ring head office Monday as getting no where I am also ringing consumers rights. There is no customer service anymore everything is by email such a slow process. Totally forgot mike Ashley owns it now. Will never order again from here customer service is appalling and remember guys unless it’s a faulty item when u buy in store or on line you will only get a credit note. They tried to offer me one. I was having none of it giving the error was on their part. 😕😕😕😕 I shop on line due to physical disabilities and this has been a right headache. Had to pay and order right size while waiting on Money to be refunded incase it sold out. Not everyone can afford to do this. There should be a direct exchange system in place, a lot of companies on invoices ask this before you return.
