The worse shop on planet. Waiting for my refund for two months now. They have been ignoring my emails. I am considering legal action and will be contacting my solicitor. I give a VERY NEGATIVE Review of your service (-10). People beware!!!! House of Fraser has lost its reputation. Very sad. Will not be buying from them again.
