NEXT DAY DELIVERY???
I ordered a few items for my son’s birthday yesterday, for next day delivery. When I spoke to customer services today via online chat, they informed me that there is a delay at the despatch centre and the goods wouldn’t be delivered today, so they would refund my delivery charge. I explained I would’ve ordered the goods elsewhere if they hadn’t got the goods in stock! An apology is simply not good enough! Don’t offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY if you can’t deliver the the goods!!!
