I read a lot of upset complaints about paying for returns. To be fair it clearly outlines the returns policy on HOF web site if you read before you purchase you know what you are agreeing to. Always good to research before you purchase. The returns for me was fine yes I spent ab extra £10 on delivery but I was fine in regards to this, as I read the hof policy before I made my purchase. I chose to return one item and exchange another that was out of stock. I sent back second class and with in a week of posting I had a full refund in my account again. These guys have some bad press but the buisness is operating how it outlines in its service policy. My advice read up first and you wont be disappointed you will get the service you expect from there policy.
