In July my wife brought me a sweatshirt at a cost of seventy pounds in August I wore it for my birthday we noticed a number of small holes in it my wife returned it for a exchange as it was faulty she was refused and told she was too late I wrote three letters to the manager asking for a exchange the first two were delivered but no reply the third the postman couldn’t get a signature this is ignoring my consumer rights and ignoring the consumer law
