Where to start? Place an order on line, confirmation to say 'order recieved', 1 week later not even received a dispatch notice! Trying to cancel the order.... nightmare and still no resolution. Online contact method worse than useless, cant get to speak to anyone and all mails and online forms ignored/not actioned.
I am trying to still cancel the order with no joy weeks later and no notice to say its been dispatched!
This cowboy outfit are f*****g joke! Dont use them, there are truly shocking with no customer service!
