Order placed for £250 paid £5.99 postage on 15/12/19. Courier collected item according to HOF however their website says they do not have it. It's is now the 28/12/19. This is just ridiculous it's a total JOKE. No live Web chat no response to emails and no phone line for customer service. What a SCAM, SHAME ON YOU HOUSE OF FRASER. AVOID AT ALL COST.
HOUSE OF FRASER YOU ARE FIRED.
