Bought towels via the internet. Quality less than the equivalent from other vendors, but just acceptable. Main problem was hanging threads in one of the towels. Tried to make contact to explain that I wanted a replacement, but if not in stock I wanted to return two other items that were part of a set. No telephone number available, an email address stated that it could be 'some days' before it would be answered, and the return label required me to pay postage even for faulty goods. In the end, I decided to give up, but I am not surprised that House of Fraser is in financial difficulties - I shall not shop there again.
