I used to be a huge fan of House of Fraser and was my favourite store but i experience more and more issues... lately the shoe box that arrived had huge amount of visible dust on top... it looked like it came from a building site. In the era where great customer service is essential it's sad that House of Fraser lowers its standards rather than increasing it.
Ps. I order online as i cannot find anything anymore in the store.
