mas ruined for my son So I ordered my sons Xmas presents from house of Fraser online! First package ordered 7 dec . Turns up delivered by Hermes who slung it in the porch. Bag opened and no packaging at all. Second parcel ordered arrives half the contents missing ! To this day still not received item. Meanwhile I reordered the this package as it took so long to arrive so my son had Xmas presents to open and paid next day delivery ! Guess what still not arrived . I’ve sent tonnes of emails and I get no reply!! Customer service non existent. Cant even talk to someone to sort this disastrous mess and so my son still has half he’s Xmas presents missing until I receive a refund for it all and someone actually acknowledges me.
