Never order online from House of Fraser.
They have changed their returns policy and no longer offer full refunds for returned items into store. You have to send back by courier at your own expense. I placed a large order before I realised this and when it came to returning some items I had to pay for a courier but worst of all the package got lost by the courier company and they wont accept full liability and house of fraser wont refund anything without the goods. So guess what I have now lost out on hundreds of pounds worth! Absolutely maddening!
