I would reiterate one posters review "They should not be allowed to trade like this". Same experience as most people, ordered goods that arrived late and damaged. 3 broken plates across a dinner service. Unable to contact anyone via any means to get a resolution, in store they have no advice or suggestion either. An absolute disgrace and will never every purchase from this business again. Sadly its not the employees fault but that of the new owners and board of Directors, quite surprising anyone wants to stay and work for them it must be horrendous. Avoid ordering online at all cost!
