Disgrace is the most appropriate word I can use
Place the order and good came with labels on them (sports direct) which was considerably less than what I had paid on line ....
For example dress I paid £67 for cane with a £42 label on😬
When I emailed customer service it’s was just an answer of return then goods.
This has lead to me returning the whole order which I really like part of ... out of principle

Poor customer service not to mention not compliant with trading regulations .....
RESULT
I will never shop with you again !!
