Terrible, terrible Service, don't buy from this company.
They have had nearly a month to respond and tell me where my order is. Unbelievable poor service. The parcel is easily tracked by GPS so it should be a matter of seconds to find out where it is, the fact they haven't responded, sent the order again or at least refunded the money shows House of Fraser to be a company not to be trusted
