My order had wrong postcode on parcel and never got delivered, it has been sent back to house of fraser, I have had no contact from them about this. I only know my parcel was returned by following hermes tracker.
I have looked online for a customer service email address or telephone number with no luck as phone lines are closed due to covid 19.
