Very bad experience! I have ordered from them, everything turn ok with order process and when delivered with Hermes, the courier send email that delivered it instead haven’t received it. I contacted Hermes, House of Fraser and haven’t be able to solve the problem after multiple emails sent to them. They replied once and that’s it without clear explanation.
Don’t care about their customers!
They don’t even have a contact number to be able to sort issues easily!
