DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
It has been the worst experience i have had with any retailer i have used during the covid lockdown. There is no excuse for the way they are treating their customers. All reputable retailers including smaller businesses are having difficulty operating just now. Most importantly customers are able to still contact some kind of customer service department to help with problems they may be having. It is scandalous they way House of Fraser is operating.
