Looks like I have the same issue as many people. Ordered a mixing bowl, cutlery and other items. Spent £50+ express delivery. My items were stuck with Hermes for 2 weeks. Then suddenly I get an email saying my package has been delivered... through my letterbox! Obviously there was nothing there! So the courier has either stolen my items or just pretended to deliver them and left them at a random address. Raised the issue with Hermes and they referred me right back to HoF. Raised the issue through Resolver, since the HoF email service is terrible and they only send you a generic email. Finally get a reply after waiting a week... another generic "there are many reasons your package maybe late". So clearly they haven't even read my complaint. I hate to say this, but just go to Amazon. You'll actually get the stuff you ordered. Even during a pandemic.
