I have spent a small fortune with HOF over the years but will never use them again.
An issue with my online order has still not been sorted out after around 10 attempts to contact them. They send loads of promotional emails all the time but cannot even be bothered to get back to their customers.
I know the pandemic has made things difficult but other companies are not treating their paying customers with such total disregard.
