After visiting your Glasgow store on Sunday I am disgusted at the attitude and work ethic of the perfume staff. They would clearly prefer to be on furlough instead of working as we were blatantly ignored us turned their backs as they were too busy chatting. We waited for over 5 minutes and eventually asked if someone could sell us buy the perfume we wanted only to be told that the staff at Tom Ford we either at the toilet or away for lunch and they didn't know when they’d be back. I would have thought any member of perfume could have sold us the perfume as has happened on previous occasions but I’m clearly mistaken. Working within the store is clearly a great hassle for the staff and if that is how they feel perhaps they should make way for staff that would love their jobs as I’m sure there are plenty looking right now. I have been a regular customer for 40 years and spend thousands in store and online however I will be taking my business elsewhere. On this occasion Fraser’s lost out on £420 and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now.
