I bought 8 items online from House of Fraser.
5 of the items I had to take back then they refuse to refund my money and give me a credit note .This is one lousy scam company.
No wonder they are on on the edge of bankruptcy they deserve it.
I ordered on Monday 1am for guaranteed next day delivery got ripped off for £7.99 Items took 3 days to get to me another scam. Customer services don't even answer the phone.
