Shocking customer service
Item arrived in a completely battered and damaged box and was completely unfit for its purpose as a gift. Customer service agent insisted I pay return shipping dispute it arriving in such terrible condition. Didn’t help me at all when contacted. Will not be shopping again at House of Fraser
