I ordered a pair of jeans online and paid an extra £9 for next day delivery.
Whilst the jeans were delivered on time they arrived with the security tag still attached. It meant I then had to drive into Edinburgh city centre, pay for parking and get the security tag removed from your jenners store in Edinburgh.
Not exactly what you expect when you order online and pay extra for next day delivery. Very poor.
