Well, I ordered a couple of sweatshirts and totally my own fault ordered the wrong size.
Unfortunately the package had blood on it, confined to the outside. Never having returned anything by mail I could see they had to be returned in their original packaging.
When I queried this, which was difficult to do because you cannot call anyone, there is a finite amount of solutions posted.
All I got was a request for photographs because there was a health concern. Like I was not aware! So they cannot go back and I have expensive dusters if I dare use them.
