Wrong item delivered. Now I have to return it, pay the postage to do so, then wait 14 days for the refund and then finally claim the postage back.
I suspect that will take me to 3 weeks following my purchase to chase / follow up and mess around and I still won’t have what my son wanted
My solution. Never to shop online at HoF again
Beyond this I’ve had no response at all from HoF’s customer services
