House of Fraser, certainly in Nottingham, has always been one of my favourite shops. Although I miss the pleasure of physical browsing I have, in the present situation, been delighted with the online experience, particularly since I have have been able to use my House of Fraser Recognition Store Card at the point of checkout. Descriptions and photographs of items are good. although I do find browsing the website to time consuming as it does not always react smoothly and I sometimes find it reverts back to the first page. Delivery is generally efficient and items arrive in pristine condition.
