Last order came with pyjama sets with no bottoms, cant re order as they are now out of stock.bags other items in all ripped and in a sorry state,stuff just thrown in,no care on packing items at all. and why do you have to pay for delivery and returns,,not the frasers it used to be going steadily down hill
