Ordered 4 items. One item cancelled the next day. Money taken for the 3 remaining. 1 item came after a week. But no updates on the remaining 2. I sent an email for an update which was not responded to but my 2nd item was delivered. A week later so 2 weeks after order I chased for an update on my final item and this was then progressed that day.
Very poor customer service. Feel like items would not have been sent had I not chased. Will not be using this site again
