There was a very long delay between receiving acknowledgement of order and receiving the goods. You acknnowledged 28/09/20 and I had to chase up when nothing arrived. 12/10.20 you advised that one item had been cancelled as out of stock and I had to contact you again to ask when the rest of the order would arrive. It did arrive finally 13 October. This is way below your usual efficient service.
