Items looked good and delivery was quick. Packaging of one dress was poor , it was crumpled at bottom of package , with no plastic bag or other wrapping. As it was lace, not good. Sadly items did not fit and returned. Received odd message saying order cancelled and I had not been charged, when in fact I had been charged, and items returned. A worrying text. Will now have to check to see if reimbursed... before complaining, but messages are misleading ... by implying cancelled instead of returned... am a little worried I may not get money back. !
